Future Mind Learning leads people and teams to perform at their peak, and be a little bit happier in a rapidly changing world

Future Mind Learning was founded by Anita Donnelly to help organizations, leaders and teams strengthen and sustain performance in rapidly transforming organizations. The establishment of hybrid teams along with automation, AI and climate change are just some of the seismic shifts we are experiencing. Future Mind Learning helps leaders and teams to develop mindset, skills and behaviors that drive success. Anita built her career working internally in financial services, consulting, and technology organizations. She has held positions that include Chief Human Resources Officer, Head of Learning and Development, and Head of Talent and Organizational Effectiveness. Anita worked for many years as a senior leader and she understands challenges and opportunities faced by managers at all levels. She draws on this wide ranging experience to facilitate leadership development, 1:1 coaching, and team development in a variety of organizations.

Anita holds an MSc. in Occupational and Organizational Psychology, an MA in Philosophy and Psychology of Language, and a BA in Psychology. She is highly experienced in the use of Hogan personality assessments, MBTI, DISC, Belbin Team Roles, Emotional Capital Report, and the Gallup Strengths Finder. Anita earned her coaching accreditation through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
