Leadership Assessments:

  • Hogan Personality Assessments: HDS assess how individual leaders typically interact with their teams, peers, and other stakeholders. This assessment measures the “bright side” of personality where leaders are operating in their everyday environments. The LDS measures how leaders interact with others when they are under stress and under pressure. MVPI identifies leaders’ goals, drivers, and interests that determine what kind of work people find fulfilling and what gets them out of bed in the morning. 

  • Gallup Strength Assessment: designed to help individuals discover their unique strengths and talents. This assessment encourages people to focus on their strengths in order to achieve excellence rather than simply focusing on their weaknesses, which only achieves mediocrity. 

  • ECR (Emotional Capital Report) Assessment: measures emotional intelligence based on critical competencies that are required for leadership success. 

  • Belbin Team Roles Assessment: identifies team members’ strengths and weaknesses. Whether developing people, resolving conflict or building high performance, Belbin Team Role reports provide the language to ensure that individuals and teams communicate and work together with greater understanding.
