Future Mind Learning partners with clients to support individuals and teams to embed new skills and behaviors. We don’t just deliver solutions, we help you embed change and sustain it for the long term. Together, we utilize the ADDIE Model of Change Management:

  • Assess: Through an in-depth conversation we assess your needs and together outline the learning and coaching services needed to achieve required outcomes.

  • Design: Define the scope of the work and the desired outcomes, and agree how we will work together to embed the change

  • Develop: Build the coaching or learning and development programs, including steps to encourage the learning to take root, and check in with you to see if we need to pivot

  • Implement: Deliver the agreed actions, programs, learning events, performance management processes, and coaching.

  • Evaluate: Measure success by seeing expected outcomes in action.

For most of us, sustained behavior change is hard. We support individuals and teams to ensure new mindsets and behaviors are applied, e.g. by seeking feedback from other team members and managers to provide support, suggestions and ideas on how to move forward.

Co-create the culture!
